REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Marietta/Board of Lights and Water will accept sealed bids until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 19, 2019 for the following:
The City of Marietta is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to replace existing automated parking access control equipment for the City Hall Parking Deck located at 205 Lawrence St, Marietta, GA. The purpose of the system is to control parking access to employees, citizens and other customers conducting business with the City at our campus which includes the City Hall, Fire Department, Police and Court.

A mandatory Pre-bid Conference shall be held for this project on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the City of Marietta lobby, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, GA 30060. Only those firms attending will be allowed to submit a proposal
The City of Marietta shall receive sealed proposals until 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at the City of Marietta, Purchasing Department, First Floor, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060.
City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids.
