On call, Tuesday at 5:30 p.m., second floor conference room at Marietta City Hall, 205 Lawrence St.
Members
The Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals shall consist of seven members appointed by the City Council. Each member shall live in a separate ward of the city so that at all times each and every ward shall be represented on the board. Should a member move from the ward or become unable to serve, his or her successor shall be appointed by the Council for the remainder of the unexpired term. In the event of reapportionment, any member or members shall continue to serve their term until the 1rst City Council meeting in January following reapportionment at which time the member or members shall be appointed from the vacant ward or wards. No elected official or holder of any other public office shall be eligible to serve on the board.
