National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)


The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program is designed

to protect the waters that drain to the Chattahoochee River and Lake Allatoona.

This program is a plan to comply with the NPDES permit formulated by the Environmental

 Protection Agency.
