MARIETTA - The Earl Smith Strand Theatre, Marietta Museum of History, Marietta Gone With the Wind Museum: Scarlett on the Square, and the Marietta Visitors Bureau have announced their hours and events for the week of July 4th.
The Earl Smith Strand Theatre will host two events (Bird’s Eye Parade View and Fireworks on the Fourth) on July 4th. Doors open at 9am for the Bird’s Eye Parade View, and doors open at 6pm for Fireworks on the Fourth. The Strand’s Brew with a View rooftop terrace bar will be open to the public from 12:30pm-5:30pm.
Tickets for the Bird’s Eye Parade View are $10, and tickets for Fireworks on the Fourth are $15. Tickets are on sale now in the Strand’s box office. There is no cover charge for the Brew With a View.
The Marietta Museum of History will be closed on July 4th. The museum will be open Monday, July 3, and Wednesday, July 5 - Friday, July 7 from 10 am-4 pm.
The Marietta Gone with the Wind Museum will be closed July 4th.
The Marietta Visitors Bureau will be open from 10 am-4 pm on July 4th and will be working out of the Marietta Museum of History while workers are remodeling the depot.
