Custer Parks Sports and Fitness Center to Host New Soccer Game-Fit Class
MARIETTA – The Marietta Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce its newest program offering at the Custer Parks Sports and Fitness Center, Soccer Game-Fit.
Soccer Game-Fit (SGF) is an exciting high intensity fitness work-out, with great music for all ages. Some of the program benefits include increased muscle core strength, endurance, improved body stability and body composition, along with additional muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
The class will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5pm – 6pm beginning this week with Mr. Kevin Flewellen, AHCPR Certified Licensed HPE Teacher as the instructor. The classes are available to all ages and the cost is $2/youth and $5/adults, but if you are a member of the fitness center the cost is $1/youth and $3/adults. The classes will be held at the Custer Park Sports and Fitness Center located at 545 Kenneth E. Marcus Way, Marietta, GA 30060.
