MARIETTA - On Thursday, May 24th, 2018, the Marietta Museum of History presents its latest installment of the popular Evening with History series. This series highlights research and publications in the field of local and regional history.
Join us at our special Memorial Day presentation as author/researcher Brad Quinlin presents a history of the Marietta National Cemetery. Stories of heroes from the Civil War to modern times will be included. Quinlin has identified dozens of unknown soldiers and has kept in touch with many families of the fallen interred here. This will be a special night of reflection, scholarship and commemoration. Tickets are $5 at the door.
