MARIETTA - On Sunday, February 10, 2019, the Marietta Museum of History will be open for FREE from noon to 4pm. As a part of the Georgia History Festival, Super Museum Sunday is a statewide program involving over 70 cultural institutions across the state.
Visitors will have a chance to see our temporary exhibit, Pinning from the Past: Scrapbooking before the Internet featuring scrapbooks from the Museum’s collection. Adults can learn about Marietta and cobb County’s history in our galleries, while children enjoy our interactive areas
The Marietta Museum of History uses ordinary artifacts to tell the extraordinary stories of Marietta and Cobb County and is the top-rated Museum and one of the Top Five things to do in Marietta on TripAdvisor. Galleries and exhibits cover topics such as military history, home life throughout the centuries, technology and local businesses from our past.
