MPD Records office handles Open Records requests and provides copies of incident reports and accident reports to the public. Our Records office remains open to the public but amid concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to promote the safety and health of the public and our staff.
Please FAX or EMAIL your open records request form to our team if you need a copy of an accident report or incident report:

If you have questions, you can call the Records office Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm at 770-794-5308.
We will email/fax or mail your report(s) to you, eliminating the need for face to face contact.
