Elizabeth Porter Park Sprayground Now Open

MARIETTA - The Elizabeth Porter Park Sprayground located at 370 Montgomery Street is open for the season. 

Now through Saturday, September 26th, Elizabeth Porter Sprayground will only offer two time blocks per day with a limit of 50 persons each time block. New hours are as follows: Wednesday-Saturday, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Due to current CDC Guidelines, various EP Sprayground Rules & Regulations have changed. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:

•If you or someone in your family unit are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.

•Sprayground (all space inside the gated area) will reach full capacity with 50 people.

•Guests must practice social distancing and maintain six (6) feet of space between themselves and other sprayground guests.

•Reservations are required for ALL persons attending in your family/group. This includes anyone between the ages of 1 day old to 99+ years old.

•All persons will be screened with an infrared thermometer before entering the gated area. City of Marietta staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone & their family/group, with an elevated temperature.

•Masks/face coverings will be required for City of Marietta staff. Guests are encouraged to wear masks while inside the gated sprayground area.

•Enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols, including two scheduled 30 minute closures for facility cleaning, will be followed daily.

•Procedures will be followed for isolating and seeking medical assistance for a patron or worker who may become ill on the premises.

•Picnic tables will not be provided. Shade umbrellas and permanent seating in the spray pad area is available. Sprayground guests are permitted to bring folding chairs that can be placed in the dry pad seating area only.

•Drinking water fountains are unavailable. Please provide your own water. No glass bottles or coolers are allowed.

Elizabeth Porter Sprayground time block reservations can be purchased online, by City of Marietta Residents($2.00) or Non-Residents($3.00), once a CivicRec account for each person has been created. Entry reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Entry reservations are not transferable to other guests.

Wednesday - Saturday time blocks are as follows:

1:00p.m. – 3:00p.m.

Closed for 30 minutes to clean & sanitize

3:30p.m. – 5:30p.m.

Closed for 30 minutes to clean & sanitize

6:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.

Time block reservations (2 hour time blocks) MUST be made online in advance here.
