Kenpo is a form of practical self-defense. Students learn to defend themselves against multiple attackers, simultaneously. Kenpo is a Japanese Martial Arts form. However, its origins are linked back to China and still have very strong influences from Chinese systems. The name, "kenpo," also sometimes spelled "kempo," is derived from the Japanese pronunciation of the Chinese character "chuan" and "fa." Literally translates, it means "the method of the fist."

The monthly rate for four (4) individual private lessons is $150. The purchase of these private lessons allows the student to have FREE access to ALL group classes. Group classes are one hour long and include self-defense applications with a partner, fitness training, kickboxing and grappling skills.
