MARIETTA - The Marietta History Center will be hosting its monthly Pop-In event on Saturday, February 18th from 10am-4pm. Pop-In’s provide children and their families the opportunity to interact with the museum through themed activities and crafts. Join us in, February for crafts and activities geared towards Black History Month! Due to a private donor, we are able to offer this event for FREE to the community.
Joining us in February, will be The Georgia Room from the Cobb County Library, Authors Rosalind & Maggie Bunn with their book “All Aboard, Georgia” from 11am to 1pm with a reading of their book at 11:15, our last organization Bach 2 Rock East Marietta will be offering two FREE music classes at 12:15pm & 2:30pm with a performance at 1pm.

MHC mission: We ignite curiosity in Marietta’s history by connecting people through compelling stories and engaging experiences. Current Temporary Exhibits includes: Traveling Exhibit from KSU’s Museum of History and Holocaust Education, “Georgia Journey’s: Legacies of World War II” & “Marietta 1899: Color Captured in Black & White” which was produced in house at the Marietta History Center.
