[ARCHIVED] RAD Women’s Self- Defense for High School Seniors

RAD SENIORS

Date: April 25, 27, May 2, 4 | 6pm – 9pm

Location: Marietta Police Department | 240 Lemon Street, 30060

The Marietta Police Department is dedicated to protecting its citizens in every way possible. While our focus is on finding ways to fight and prevent crime we are also dedicated in finding ways to educate the public. Marietta Police Department is offering a 12-hour Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) class. R.A.D. is a simple yet effective self-defense course for women only. The techniques are designed to be quick and effective in delivering pain to vulnerable locations on the attacker’s body.  R.A.D. is a twelve-hour course, delivered over 4-three hour classes.  Participation in all four classes is necessary to complete the course. There is no charge for this course; donations are appreciated.

 

THESE COURSE DATES ARE ONLY OPEN TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS. Parents will need to attend the first hour to complete paperwork if student is under 18.
