When service is disconnected for non-payment and payment is not received within 10 days, the account will be terminated and sent through our collections process. To re-establish an account after termination for non-payment, please contact our Billing Department by phone at 770-794-5150 or come to our office at 675 North Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday).
