What is a payment agreement and how do I apply?
If you current charges include a balance forward from the previous month and you are unable to pay the balance forward by the due date, you may be eligible for a payment agreement. To set up a payment agreement, call us at 770-794-5150 and select the appropriate prompt. You will be required to pay one-third of the total amount due and the remaining balance will be due within two weeks.
