Yes, you do not have to perform community service work in the City of Marietta. However, you must perform community service work with a nonprofit charitable organization that has a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.

2. Can I complete community service online?

No, online community service or donations to organizations will not be accepted by the Court.

3. How do I show that I completed my community service to the Court?

The organization must provide you with a letter on their business letterhead showing the number of hours completed and attach the time sheet to include the dates and hours you performed the service.
