MARIETTA – On Tuesday, October 9, 2018, the City of Marietta’s Community Development Division will hold informational meetings for First Time Homebuyers AND current Homeowners seeking Home Rehabilitation assistance at 11:30am and 4:30pm.
Potential Homebuyers will receive qualification details for Down Payment Assistance, Mortgage Lending and Real Property options. Homeowners will also learn of options for addressing deferred maintenance problems within the home.
All sessions will be held at the division office located at 268 Lawrence Street, Suite 200, Marietta, GA 30060 on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 11:30am and 4:30pm.
