A mechanical permit is required for all work performed on heating, air conditioning, exhaust, ventilation and gas supply systems.

Upon clicking the link below, registering, and selecting the items that will apply to your permit, the Sages system will configure the total for you.   After you pay for the permit, please allow 24-48 hours for processing.  When processed, you will receive an email and you will be able to log in to your Sages account and see your permit.

 *Change-out, or replacement systems
installed are required to be inspected within 30 days of installation & operation.  Please have an employee or resident available for our inspector to enter any occupied property or leave access instructions for any unoccupied property.
 
Gas lines are also required to be permitted and inspected.  The corresponding utility provider will be emailed the results after the passing inspection.

 LOAD CALCULATIONS
are required on all new equipment at the time permit is applied for. Please call inspector with any questions or for clarification.
*Please utilize the appropriate code books for methods of calculation,
  or utilize software programs available online.
 

*Blower Door and Duct Blaster test are required on all new residential construction and must be posted at the panel box or at HVAC location noted as part of your Mechanical Final inspection.

 
*Duct Tightness test shall be posted on all remodel work with new systems, or 50% modification of previously installed ductwork.
