Contact the Red Light Division at 770-794-5261. You must provide the tag number or violation number. The violation number may begin with "RW" or "RA."

The registered owner of the vehicle receives all correspondence regarding red light violations. If you no longer own this vehicle, please contact the Tax Commissioner's office in your county to make any corrections to the ownership of the vehicle. An Affidavit of Non-Responsibility must also be submitted to the Court. If you are the registered owner of this vehicle but were not driving at the time of the violation, you may submit an Affidavit of Non-Responsibility to the Court.

You must provide a police report indicating the vehicle was stolen prior to the issue date on the red light violation. The Prosecutor will review the matter and the Court will notify you as to his decision.

Present your registration receipt to the Court so that we may verify the tag and registration information.

A late fee of $25 is imposed for each 30-day period that the violation remains unpaid.
