The registered owner of the vehicle receives all correspondence regarding school bus violations. If you no longer own this vehicle, please contact the Tax Commissioner’s office in your county to make any corrections to the ownership of the vehicle. An Affidavit of Non-Responsibility must also be submitted to the court using the link listed above prior to the due date listed on the violation. If you are the registered owner of this vehicle but were not driving at the time of the violation, you may submit an Affidavit of Non-Responsibility to the court using the link listed above prior to the due date listed on the violation.

You must provide a police report indicating the vehicle was stolen prior to the issue date on the school bus violation. An Affidavit of Non-Responsibility must be submitted to the Court. The Prosecutor will review the matter and the court will notify you as to his decision.
