No. The parking of any vehicle (including, but not limited to trailers and boats) on any lot in any district on other than a surface treated and hardened to accommodate vehicles up to 8,000 pounds gross axle weight is prohibited.

No recreational vehicle shall be allowed to park in the front of the principal structure in a district zoned for residential purposes. It must be parked to the side or rear of the home and on a treated surface.
If the property is located on a corner lot, no parking of the vehicle may occur within 20 feet of the rear side that abuts a public street.

The city does not allow outside storage of in-operable or junk vehicles. It must be stored inside a garage or moved to a storage lot.

No. The city of Marietta does not set a limit on the number of vehicles one can have, as long as they are operable and parking standards are met.

Yes. Code Enforcement will need you to sign an authorization to enter waiver granting the inspector permission to enter your back yard to take photos of the violation.
Please note that the inspector is obligated to address any and all violations seen from this vantage, not just the item they have been invited in to address.

A vehicle is considered operable and is not in violation of the city's Codes of Ordinance if the vehicle: - Has all tires inflated - Is road worthy - Is parked on an approved surface - Will travel 10 feet forward and 10 feet backward under its own power
The city of Marietta does not enforce expired tags.
