What constitutes obnoxious vegetation/tall grass?
Said duty to maintain property in a clean and sanitary condition shall include the duty to cut and remove undergrowth, whenever such undergrowth becomes a nuisance to persons residing in the area or operating businesses in the area. Examples of undergrowth, vegetation, and grasses includes:
- Briars
- Debris
- Grass
- Honeysuckle, other vines and seedlings
- Kudzu
- Leaves
- Weeds and obnoxious vegetation in excess of 12 inches in height
