File a Police Report

You may file police reports for incidents occurring within the Marietta city limits only.

Individuals who need to file police report may:
  • Contact the dispatch center to have an officer respond to his/her location within the city limits
  • Emergency : 911
  • Non-emergency: 770-499-3911
  • Go to Marietta Police Department and request an officer

Accident Reports

If you exchanged info with the other driver on the scene and did not contact police when the accident happened, both drivers are required to be present with the vehicles involved in the collision for an accident report to be completed.
