Qualifications 

Seven members elected by City Council. The members must be taxpayers and live in the city of Marietta.

Term

Posts 1 and 2 - two years; Posts 3 and 4 - four years; Posts 5, 6 and 7 - six years. If at the end of any term of office of any director, a successor thereto shall not have been elected, then the director whose term of office shall have expired shall continue to hold office until his successor shall be so elected.

Compensation

$100 per month (effective May 1, 2001 - Ord. Number 6231)
