Meetings are also available on cable television:

  • TV23 - 3rd Thursday of every month at 7 p.m.
  • Cable Channel 25 - last Saturday of every month at 3 p.m.

Term

The term of office is 4 years.

Organization

2022 - 2025

The Mayor and Council were elected on November 2, 2021 and took office on January 1, 2022 (1st Monday) for a four-year term, ending on December 31, 2025. The next election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Compensation

  • The Mayor is compensated at $25,200 per year plus $160 expenses per month (Ord. #7918, Approved August 10, 2016, Effective January 1, 2018).
  • The 7 Council members are compensated at $18,900 per year plus $150 expenses per month (Ord. #7918, Approved August 10, 2016, Effective January 1, 2018).
  • The Mayor Pro Tem receives an additional $125 per month (Ord. #7918, Approved August 10, 2016, Effective January 1, 2018).
